Practical

fig.2.0. mood board (02/12/24)

during the zoom meeting, I did some sketch with my phone using IbisPaint because I didn't bring neither my Ipad nor my sketch book and I ended up with this

Feedback from mr. Fauzi :

instead of cutting face, cut the brain and make it as if its a crown

reference 1 is good but maybe cut it to the forehead level

he says that maybe I could make the top of the head part cracked instead of my face, so I changed my sketch again into this

fig.2.3. final sketch (02/12/24)

I was thinking to go for a magical concept but when he says that it's better to not have a sad elements so I tried doing it with her smiling

then I decide on a day to take photograph of myself and it was on Friday, and here are some picture that I took that day.

Reflections

when doing this exercise, I ask for a lot of feedbacks from my friend and they help me to choose a suitable color fr it. although it still looks unfinished, I learned somethings like using the cutting tool on photoshop which at first I struggle the most especially when I tried to separate the stones and make the stone underneath so it looks like I'm a stone statue.
