Reflections

from this module, I learned deeper about the elements and principle of design which I used to ignore for almost 6 years of drawing and designing. I found out how all of the design principle work together to just create simple design or artwork but somehow I ignored it a lot. I also learned to analyze very deeply about artists work and it really expand my knowledge

throughout this module I really enjoy that I get to draw however I want without any limitation of objective opinions from people. like, theres no limitation for apps that I can use except Canva (but like who uses Canva for doing original design anyway (c" ತ,_ತ)) and I can either draw or design something. I also really enjoy getting feedbacks from people that I have similar interest with because back then I'm not really in the "artists"environment. I really get to express what I like to do and it actually gives me more motivation to continue drawing more.

however when doing this module I didn't really enjoy the part where I only have class in one day and it limits my interaction with lecturer for getting feedback. moreover, typically lecturers will have a lot of private message from hundreds of student, so I have to listen to feedback on that one-day class and go through them based on what my lecturer would say without chatting them again.

from this module, I found out that I'm capable of doing those eye-catching artwork with my own art style. I'm really used to comparing my art with other's and up until now I still do, but I always thought I needed to change my art style to improve and become those top artist but turns out I just lack knowledge and refuse to learn from the top.

during my learning journey, my way of doing visual analysis of anything definitely changed, I used to just look at everything from the cover and doesn't really analyze it deeper, but now every time I look into something with Design I would look at it longer and try to question how the design is made. what has not changed is definitely my skill in time management and my sleeping schedule. although I tried to improve it, I always ended up sleeping so late and it really disrupts my working time.

I wish to improve further with what I learned from this module and implement it more in my upcoming work even if it 44 hours or even 3 days. I hope to be able to use this knowledge and skill in my future career as an artist of even a business owner. <3
